Promising Start for PD Planned Mating SLEDDING

The first foal of Pedigree Dynamics-purchased race mare COOL PASSION (subsequent multiple Group winner and G1 runner-up), SLEDDING lived up to her 8.5/10 Graded mating with a dominant win at her second start for the Price Kent stable.

Starting at $3.90 favourite, Sledding hit the lead early and was never headed.

The daughter of LONHRO also manifested her pedigree in sales ring looks, bringing $1.05 million for her owners, John and Anne McDonnell of Team McDonnell Racing & Breeding. She was purchased by the astute Sheamus Mills.
