A lovely BLUEBIRD mare, Caradon is currently in foal to Australias Leading First Season Sire, CHARGE FORWARD. This cross creates a three-quarter relation to Caradons half sister YESTERDAY, a SW daughter of Red Ransom owned by Sheikh Mohammed. Caradon is also a half sister to SW DONNA DIOR, dam of SP GALILEOS DAUGHTER. The pedigree gets even better at the second dam with SWs such as CATBIRD, DANBIRD, FITTING, MAIZCAY and PILLAR OF HERCULES sitting there. Bluebird mares have produced Group One winners METAL BENDER, YELL, RUSSETING, UNIVERSAL PRINCE, UNIVERSAL QUEEN, THORN PARK, FULLY FLEDGED, ZAGALIA and THE DUKE. Caradons 3yo won a trial by four and a half lengths earlier this year. Her two year old is yet to race. She had a lovely scopey colt by Hussonet last season. In foal on the first service, Caradon is a terrific mother and produces large, attractive foals with great temperaments.
